Makaton Workshops tutored by Ros are usually subject to a minimum number of delegates. Workshops will be assessed for viability two weeks before the advertised start date. In the event that a workshop has to be cancelled due to low take up delegates may choose to transfer to another Workshop or take a full refund.
Online Makaton Workshops will usually go ahead irrespective of low numbers. If extenuating circumstances force me to cancel, delegates can choose to transfer to another Workshop or take a full refund. Places can be cancelled by delegates 14 days in advance of the course by email and your payment will be reimbursed in full. Refunds within two weeks of the course start date may depend on individual circumstances and will attract a £20 admin fee. Cancellations by delegates within 7 days of the Workshop start date are non-refundable.
