How to apply

Registration is essential as places are limited. Early application is advised to avoid disappointment as workshops are popular and fill quickly. All training is currently delivered via the Zoom Online meeting platform. You will need to be resident in the UK, have a PC, Laptop or Tablet with a webcam and a stable internet connection. Workshops are currently scheduled for delivery on Saturdays. To apply for a place scroll in the calendar to see available Levels 1 and 2 courses in the summer term 2021. Choose the date that you wish to attend and click on 'Register'. Once your payment is received your place will be confirmed and further information will be sent. It is hoped that face to face training can resume in the autumn. Please use the Contact form to register your interest.

Cancellation Policy

I endeavour to be as flexible as possible when dealing with requests to cancel. However, delegates should be mindful of the following cancellation policy:
My Makaton Workshops are subject to a minimum number of delegates. Workshops will be assessed for viability two weeks before the advertised start date. In the event that a workshop has to be cancelled due to low take up delegates may choose to transfer to another Workshop or take a full refund.
Online Makaton Workshops will usually go ahead with a minimum of 4 delegates. If circumstances force me to cancel, delegates can choose to transfer to another Workshop or take a full refund.
Places can be cancelled by delegates 14 days in advance of the course by email and your payment will be reimbursed in full. Cancellations and refunds requested within two weeks of the course start date may depend on individual circumstances and will attract a £20 admin fee. Cancellations by delegates within 7 days of the Workshop start date or 'no shows' on the day are usually non-refundable and non-transferable.
